Best practice No -1 Computer literacy is the need of hour. To get the students,close to the computer learning, free of cost training of 5 days for each student was arranged.Basics of computer were taught. A computer person was hired for computer this.

Best practice No 2–Students are motivated to express their views. Whatever they have in them, they can democratically say their views as well as any grievance. All teachers are briefed that they would listen students problem.This action make them more democratically viable and free from mental stress.
